Professional Experience
Elizabeth Rubio has been associated with Aguirre & Patterson, Inc. from 1990 to the present.  As an independent appraiser, Mrs. Rubio has gained valuable experience appraising various types of properties throughout the Rio Grande Valley.  The following is a list of the types of properties Mrs. Rubio has appraised: single-family residences, multi-family apartments, mobile homes, condominiums, residential lots.
