Professional Experience Brian Payne has been associated with Aguirre & Patterson, Inc. from November 2001 to the present. As an independent appraiser, Mr. Payne has gained valuable experience appraising various types of properties throughout the Rio Grande Valley. The following is a list of the types of properties Mr. Payne has appraised: manufacturing properties, shopping centers, supermarkets, hospitals, hotels and motels, restaurants, storage buildings, office buildings, nursing homes, gasoline stations, taverns, land developments, churches, schools, medical clinics, warehouses, banks, farms, ranches, convention centers, condominium projects, and food processing plants. Other assignments include partial taking, eminent domain, easements, and partial interests.
